Keep multiple named shopping lists, add quantities, and check items off as you go. A visible strike-through keeps completed items easy to recognize.

See what’s coming.

Bring dated tasks and appointments together in the calendar. Keep appointment times, locations, details, and contact information in one place.

Make it feel like yours.

Choose from five richly patterned themes: Forged Paisley, Checkmate, Classic Paisley, Black Diamond, and Gothic Damask. Adjust accent colors, text size, and line thickness.

A little company.

Rook brings a bit of Gothburn to your daily routine, with perches, a birdhouse, and sounds. A double tap summons your raven companion.

No account to create, no ads, and no analytics. Lists, appointments, and preferences live on your device. Version 1.0 works offline and requests no internet permission.

Rolling Checklist is a standalone offline app. The developer does not receive, sell, or share your checklist information.

There is no cloud sync or Android cloud backup. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local app data according to your device’s normal Android behavior.

Rolling Checklist Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026

Rolling Checklist is a standalone offline app that works without an account. Tasks, named shopping lists and their items, appointments, the checklist name, and appearance choices are stored locally on the user’s device. The developer does not receive, sell, or share that information.

Permissions

Version 1.0 requests no internet, microphone, location, contacts, camera, advertising, or analytics permission. Telephone links open the device dialer only when the user taps a call button; Rolling Checklist does not place calls by itself.

Backups

Android cloud backup is disabled for Rolling Checklist. The app does not send checklist information to a developer-operated server or cloud database.

Data removal

Users can remove individual entries inside the app. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling Rolling Checklist removes its locally stored app data according to the device’s normal Android behavior.

Children

Rolling Checklist does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.
